APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION STEPS
1- Applications with a summary text are accepted to our congress. Please send your abstract in word format to academy@iksad.org.tr by April 25, 2023 at the latest.
2- Summary evaluation process takes 1-3 days. If your abstract is accepted by our referees, a notification e-mail/acceptance letter will be sent to you.
3- Congress program will be published on our website on May 1, 2023. Please check your name in the program
4- Zoom login information for online participants will be included in the program.
5- There is no obligation to submit full text in our congress. Summary studies will also be included in the congress book. However, if you want to have the full text published, please send your full text in word format to the congress email address between 15-20 May 2023.
6- Certificates of participation will be sent to your email address in PDF format within two days at the latest after the congress presentations.
7- Proceedings book with ISBN will be published on 10 June 2023
8- Our congress meets the criteria of associate professorship and academic incentives.

Our congress is international in nature. It complies with the criteria of associate professorship and academic incentives in terms of both the scientific committee and the diversity of the participating countries.
- Participation from 19 countries will be provided
- Türkiye quota is 45%

Abstract Writing Rules
- It should be between 240 - 330 words.
- You must add at least 3 keywords
- Times New Roman should be written in 12 font size with 1.25 line spacing.
- All authors' titles, names and surnames, institutions and e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers should be stated under the title. (Mobile phone number and email address will be removed by the publisher during publication)
- English abstract is required
- ORCID number must be added
Full Text Writing Rules
(For Full Text Book)
- Must be at least 1,200 words (no upper limit)
- Times New Roman should be written in 12 font size with 1.25 line spacing.
- All authors' titles, names and surnames, institutions and e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers and mandatory ORCID numbers should be stated under the title.
- APA citation format should be used
- All other formal adjustments will be made by congress editors.
