CALL FOR PAPERS
The main purpose of the congress is to provide a better understanding of the problems and issues that need to be addressed in order to internalize the potential and sustainability of scientific research conducted in the world from all branches of science. The data obtained as a result of the congress will be a reference for new scientific research and an opportunity will be created for future collaborations between scientists from different countries, especially with multinational participation.

The main findings of the congress will be published in Proceedings with ISBN.

SCOPE OF CONGRESS

Our congress will be open to all scientific research on "AVŞARLAR" from all branches of science. Sessions will be organized on a discipline and subject basis. Sessions where the writing and presentation of the papers in Azerbaijan Turkish, Turkey Turkish, English and Russian will be organized on a discipline and subject basis.

Our Congress is International. It meets the criteria for associate professorship and academic incentives.

​​PARTICIPATION METHOD
Online Participation: You can make your presentation by joining online via the Zoom program. Zoom ID and Password will be published together with the congress program (online presentations will be held on July 21-22). Face-to-face Participation: It will be held at ADPU's Guba campus on July 21, 2023.

Associate Professorship and Academic Promotion
Participation will be made from at least 6 countries
Papers are subject to peer review
Our congress is international and meets the criteria for Associate Professorship.

Languages of Congress

The languages ​​of our congress are Türkiye and Azerbaijan Turkish, Russian and English. An English abstract must also be added.

FORM OF APPLICATION
- You must apply to our congress by sending an abstract. You must send your abstracts to avsharlar778@gmail.com by 8 July 2023 at the latest.

- The summary evaluation process takes 2-3 days on average. If your abstract is accepted by our referees, an acceptance letter will be sent to you.

- There is no obligation to submit full text in our congress. Only your abstract text can be published in the proceedings book with ISBN. However, if you want to have the full text published, please send your full text to avsharlar778@gmail.com by 25 July 2023.

SUMMARY AND FULL TEXT WRITING GUIDE
- Times New Roman, 12 pt. (The title of the article, the names of the authors, the names of the institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and all keywords should be 12 points. The font size for parts such as graphics and tables can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)

- Give the line spacing 1.25

- Do not indent from the left at the beginning of the paragraph.

- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold.
