Congress Topics

The Congress is open to all subjects of TURKISH CULTURE, HISTORY, LANGUAGE and LITERATURE.

A special hall will also be opened for works on "Dede Korkut".

Font type: Times New Roman, 12 point

Line gap: 1.00 cm

TITLE: All letters are uppercase

Keywords:  at least 3 pieces

Word Count: At least 250 pieces

Your abstracts should be between 200-300 words. In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, field of study, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers and mandatory ORCID numbers.  

You can submit your abstracts in word/doc format at the latest.  Until May 03, 2026

Number of pages        : Must be at least 3 pages. There is no upper limit

SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, DEVELOPMENT, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES SECTIONS should be written under separate headings in your full texts.

citation format: You can use any citation format you want.

In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, field of study, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers and mandatory ORCID numbers.

For participants from Azerbaijan, online participation with a single thesis is 50 AZN
Online participation with two theses for participants from Azerbaijan is 75 AZN
Online participation with a thesis for participants from Turkey 1500 TL
Online participation with two theses for participants from Turkey 2000TL

Live participation from Turkey and abroad is free of charge.
Face-to-face participation in the conference 25 manat
All Odlar Yurdu University employees, master's and doctoral students Online and live participation
25 manat

Foreign citizens must send a copy of their flight tickets to our email no later than May 1, 2026 to enter the face-to-face participation program.
Transportation, accommodation and other expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
