You must first apply to the conference by sending an abstract. The abstract evaluation process takes a maximum of 5 days. The author will be informed of the evaluation result without delay. Your abstracts should be between 200-300 words. Abstracts should be sent in word/doc format to tusipractical@gmail.com no later than June 28, 2026. Sample ABSTRACT template

Full text submission
If you would like your full texts to be published in the conference book, after the abstract is accepted, you must send the FULL TEXTS to tusipractical@gmail.com no later than July 12, 2026. Sample FULL TEXT Template

Writing rules

- Write in Times New Roman, 12 point font. (The title of the article, author names, Phone numbers, institutions, email addresses, abstract and keywords should all be in 12 Font. For parts such as graphs and tables, the author can determine the font size of the author in the most appropriate way)

- Line spacing 1.25 cm

- Do not indent from the left at the beginning of paragraphs

- Main headings should be written in CAPITAL and bold letters

- Citations and Bibliography should be formatted in APA style

- Your full texts should be at least 5 pages

- SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, SUB-HEADS, CONCLUSIONS and REFERENCES sections should be listed under separate headings in the full text.

Docentship and academic promotion
The conference is an international, jury-organized scientific event. Researchers and academics from 9 countries will participate in the conference, which has international status and meets the criteria for academic promotion (including associate professorship) and promotion.

Participation fee

Online and live participation fee for participants from Azerbaijan with a single article - 50 AZN.;

Online participation fee with two articles - 75 AZN.

All employees of Azerbaijan University of Technology, master's, doctoral students, etc. 25 AZN.;
Online participation fee for participants from Turkey and abroad with a single article - 1500 TL;
Online participation with two articles - 2000 TL.

                   Face-to-face participation from Turkey is FREE
Foreign citizens must send a copy of their flight ticket to their email no later than June 25, 2026 to enter the face-to-face participation program.

Transportation, accommodation and other expenses are the responsibility of the participants.

Online participation: Participants will broadcast their presentations live via Zoom.
Zoom login details and password will be published with the conference program.

Live participation: The conference will be held live at the Azerbaijan University of Technology (Ganja City).
