Congress Scope and Topics
Our congress is open to studies on "Heydar Aliyev and the Azerbaijan State and Republic of Turkey 100" from all branches of science.
 
Associate Professorship Criteria
Our congress is international in nature. Both the scientific committee and the paper evaluation process (blind double referee) meet the criteria for academic promotion (associate professorship) and assignment.

An author can only participate with one paper.
Only applications with full text are accepted.
A similarity report must also be sent when applying. Studies with a similarity rate above 20% will not be considered for peer review.

Abstract (Full Text) Submission
You must apply to our congress by sending a full text. The result of the evaluation will be published on our website on May 10, 2023. Your abstracts should be between 250-400 words.

WRITING RULES
Full Text Writing Rules

- Write in Times new roman, 12 pt (Article title, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be 12 pt. The author's font size for parts such as graphics and tables can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way)

- Give line spacing 1.25

- Do not indent from the left at the beginning of paragraphs

- Main headings should be written in CAPITAL letters and in bold

- You can use APA style citation format

- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages

- SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES sections should be shown under separate headings in your full texts.

ALTERNATIVE FULL TEXT PUBLICATION

Article Publication

The full texts of our willing participants will be published FREE of charge as articles in a 6-year international indexed and peer-reviewed journal. The journal provides academic support and associate professorship criteria. To take advantage of this opportunity

- First of all, send your abstract to our congress email address

- If your abstract is accepted by us, inform us that you will send your full text to the journal

- After the congress (by May 11, 2021 at the latest), upload your full text to the magazine (do not send it to us)

- Read the magazine website and prepare your full text in accordance with the magazine writing rules

- If your article passes the referee process, it will be published free of charge

- Our congress organization has no authority to intervene in the journal referee process. Being a congress participant does not guarantee publication of an article in the magazine. Your article must pass the journal refereeing process
